About

I aim to push the boundaries of creativity, perception and conventions of portrait photography. My imagination has been my catalyst throughout many of my projects, with inspiration from various art movements and artists, such as René Magritte, David LaChappelle, Tim Walker and Andy Warhol.

My artistic aspiration centres around a world where the mundane becomes extraordinary, with a mission to blur the lines between real and fantasy; a surreal adventure for the viewer to delve into. The work I produce centres around common themes: sexuality, gender ideologies, popular culture, ethereal visions, nostalgia, challenging society and an invitation for escapism. I aim to fearlessly create new perceptions and challenge conventions, from celebrating the nude form as an art piece to blending our standard interpretation of gender.

Whilst also teaching Photography, I continue to work as a freelance portrait photographer in the U.K. I have been fortunate to have my work published in a variety of magazines, exhibitions and throughout promotional material. My creativity is unrestricted and never ending; I am always grateful to collaborate with new creatives, allowing a freedom for the arts whilst dreaming reality.
