Jacek's work aims to push the conventional boundaries of portraiture, transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary through a surreal, dreamlike aesthetic. He draws influence from Tim Walker, Andy Warhol, and the Surrealist and Pre-Raphaelite movements. By blurring the lines between fantasy and reality, he invites viewers into a safe yet thought-provoking space.
Themes of queer identity, sexuality, gender, popular culture, and escapism frequently appear in Jacek's work, connecting his lived experiences with broader social issues.
His work has been published in various magazines, exhibited widely, and was featured in the 2024 Taylor Wessing Portrait Prize at the National Portrait Gallery.
Alongside his photographic practice, Jacek works as an Art and Photography lecturer and is always eager to collaborate with fellow creatives.
